Overview

In the role of Senior Project Manager at Vista, you will lead the execution of both on-premises and client-side aspects of platform software implementation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role involves coordinating multiple teams and direct client interactions while adhering to standardized project methodologies that emphasize shareability, reusability, and continuous improvement to enhance business efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop key project documents such as Statements of Work, manage risks, track changes, and coordinate with teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Plan and manage multiple projects within agreed contracts, budgets, and resource constraints.
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, managing expectations for objectives, requests, and enhancements.
Maintain detailed project schedules and status reports clarifying task ownership and timelines.
Prioritize and guide project delivery teams efficiently.
Monitor project time allocation and report on key performance indicators such as task completion, budgets, rework rates, and actual vs. expected outcomes.
Take initiative to understand clients' business models, operations, and industry processes.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of five years’ experience managing complex on-premises or cloud software projects.
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional client experiences on major initiatives.
Exhibits leadership capabilities with minimal need for supervision.
Owns escalation processes both internally and externally.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
Committed to excellent customer service and producing outstanding results.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization and deadline management.
Adaptable, decisive, composed under pressure, and skilled in managing challenging situations.
Proficient in project management and workflow software such as Wrike and Smartsheet.
Holds a relevant tertiary qualification or project management certification.
Knowledge of cinema operations or familiarity with Vista software is a strong advantage.
