About the Role

A leading global technology organization based in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager specializing in People Analytics. This hybrid role on a 14-month contract involves managing a portfolio of people analytics products that provide strategic workforce insights and drive executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the strategic roadmap for People Analytics product offerings.
Create and deliver executive dashboards and insightful workforce analytics.
Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to uncover data-driven opportunities for organizational improvement.
Promote widespread adoption of analytics products throughout the company.
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data effectively.
Translate workforce data into practical business recommendations.
Continuously assess product performance and enhance the user experience.
Support initiatives related to employee feedback, including analyzing survey data.
Use data-driven insights to shape strategic workforce decisions across global teams.
Lead large-scale analytics projects within an international context.

Candidate Profile

Over eight years of professional experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Analytics.
Proven experience managing analytics products or data platforms.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders at Director or Executive level effectively.
Strong skills in dashboard development and preparing executive reports.
Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of people data and human resources information systems.
Experience leading enterprise-wide analytics programs.
A passion for leveraging data to enhance organizational decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics.
Familiarity with Discovery Boards and Peakon platforms.
Experience in employee listening and survey analytics.
Background in data science.
Certification in product management.
