Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will oversee comprehensive space inventory and occupancy tracking across multiple campuses, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within digital management systems. Key tasks include maintaining detailed records of personnel workspace assignments, coordinating with multiple departments to reflect occupancy changes, and reconciling spatial data to support operational insights. They will also administer space allocation processes, adhering to governance frameworks and supporting decision-making with detailed analytics and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance

This role requires active collaboration with research, corporate, facilities, and project teams to align space management activities with organizational policies. The incumbent will provide expert guidance on space inventory and occupancy updates while ensuring compliance with all governance requirements and maintaining comprehensive documentation for auditing purposes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possesses a degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has a minimum of three years' experience in roles related to space planning, facilities management, workplace or campus management, preferably in research or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS platforms or other digital space inventory and management tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrates strong skills in data management, analysis, and organization with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CAD, BIM, or specialized space management software is a plus.
• Understands principles of space utilization, workplace planning, and space management deeply.
