Senior Interior Design Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Interior Design Coordinator to oversee and facilitate interior design projects from initial concept stages through to final execution. The ideal candidate will act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring smooth coordination of all project phases. This role requires effective delegation of tasks while preserving high standards of quality, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through meetings to gather project requirements and provide consistent progress reports.
• Serve as the central contact point for clients and supplier interactions.
• Assign responsibilities wisely and track team performance to meet project deadlines.
• Recognize potential project challenges early and propose actionable solutions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and key design milestones diligently.
• Collaborate with suppliers on material choices, sample approvals, finishes, and procurement details.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess 8 to 12 years of solid experience in interior design project management, with preference for candidates experienced in GCC markets.
• Holding MMUP/UPDA Grade A Architecture certification is highly advantageous and prioritized.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exhibit strong leadership and sound decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Highly attentive to detail and quality assurance.
• Capable of managing high-pressure demands and juggling several projects concurrently.
• Thorough knowledge of interior fit-out processes and multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
