Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leaves, and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Coordinate payroll activities and assist in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR Management Information System (MIS) reports and documentation.
- Liaise effectively with multiple project locations and the head office to streamline HR functions.
- Apply knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements to business processes.
