As the company expands its footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is assembling a dedicated local team aimed at providing top-tier advisory services to clients in Saudi Arabia.
The Senior HR Specialist will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, labor legislation, and employee relations management. The specialist will oversee complex human resource functions encompassing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. Close collaboration with company leadership is necessary to nurture a productive work atmosphere, encourage diversity and inclusion, and facilitate talent development initiatives. Excellence in communication and interpersonal relations, discretion with confidential matters, and a dedication to continuous growth are essential traits. The role centers on shaping corporate culture, boosting employee satisfaction, and advancing HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures adhering to legal standards
- Lead recruitment operations, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff
- Address employee relations challenges and provide management and staff with appropriate guidance
- Manage performance management systems to align with organizational aims
- Organize training and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities and engagement
- Ensure meticulous maintenance of employee records with confidentiality upheld for sensitive data
- Partner with management to devise compensation and benefits frameworks
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related discipline
- At least five years of practical experience in human resources or a comparable role
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor regulations, HR methodologies, and compliance mandates
- Proven problem-solving aptitude with the tactful management of sensitive matters
- Exceptional verbal and written communication competencies
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technologies
- Capability to function effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
