Job Overview

Our client, a major diversified corporate group located in Kingston, Jamaica, is searching for an experienced and analytically skilled Senior Group Financial Analyst to provide executive leadership with essential financial insights. This full-time role is focused on financial analysis, forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine financial and operational data to discover trends, risks, and potential enhancements.
• Create financial models and analytical instruments to aid strategic choices.
• Develop KPI dashboards, management dashboards, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee cash flow and contribute to financial reporting duties.
• Partner with various business units to promote performance improvements throughout the group.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or business performance reporting roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reports, and business performance analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and financial modeling techniques.
• Prior experience in multi-entity or group organizational environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and business intelligence software is advantageous.
