Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a budding company at an early stage, taking an active part in shaping a tech product that influences patient outcomes. As a Full Stack Developer with an emphasis on frontend development, you will design and develop responsive, fast, and user-friendly interfaces while contributing across the entire stack in close collaboration with product management and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain performant frontend applications utilizing React technology.
• Develop and integrate backend APIs using Node.js, particularly the NestJS framework.
• Transform design prototypes into refined, accessible user experiences.
• Compose clean, maintainable, thoroughly tested, and documented code to uphold high-quality standards.
• Engage in code review processes, contribute to architectural discussions, and support the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Assist in maintaining and progressively modernizing legacy services.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience as a full stack developer.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript with solid expertise in contemporary React development.
• Practical knowledge or the ability to rapidly learn TanStack Router and TanStack Query.
• Experience working with Node.js, preferably with NestJS.
• Well-versed understanding of API development, state management strategies, and component-based architecture.
• Strong commitment to quality focusing on testing methodologies, application performance, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Spring Boot in Kotlin, familiarity with healthcare or other regulated sectors, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
