Join Rysun Jewels Private Limited as a Senior Field Sales Executive based in Hyderabad, Telangana. You will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining retail client relationships, promoting our exclusive diamond jewellery range, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective retail clients, establishing enduring partnerships and expanding your industry network.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our diamond jewellery collection—covering design, quality, and value—to deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
• Devise and implement sales strategies aimed at surpassing set targets while expanding market presence.
• Lead negotiations with retailers, balancing company pricing policies with maximizing profitability.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor behavior, and market conditions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure exceptional client service by promptly resolving concerns and fostering positive interactions throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, compile performance reports, and communicate insights to management.

Compensation and Benefits

The position includes a competitive base salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 INR monthly, complemented by an incentive-based pay structure that rewards sales performance. Your earnings increase with your sales achievements.
