This full-time position as an Executive Assistant supports a US company remotely. The role includes providing high-level administrative support, organizing travel and events, managing emails and schedules, facilitating communication, overseeing projects, assisting with business operations, and general administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in administrative roles
Expertise in executive administrative and support functions
Strong communication capabilities

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information securely
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with project management software tools

Typing speed exceeding 50 words per minute
