Role Overview
The Senior Clearance Broker is responsible for executing key processes within clearance and brokerage, adhering strictly to deadlines, accuracy, and compliance mandates. This position requires identifying and resolving anomalies using established rules, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Handling tasks related to Clearance and Brokerage Operations, Administrative Services, Customer Service, Cage Handling, and Supply Chain Solutions and Engineering.
- Managing clearance regulatory compliance and administrative duties.
- Facilitating cross-border customs clearance through face-to-face and online channels.
Experience and Skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Effective planning and organizational capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently.
- Competent problem-solving abilities.
