About the Role
A well-regarded branding and design studio located in Brooklyn is searching for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to become part of their close-knit, collaborative team. The studio boasts a diverse client base spanning multiple industries and is known for crafting thoughtful, strategy-led brand identities, digital experiences, and influential visual communications.
This position provides the chance to take ownership of projects from initial concept to completion, partnering closely with Creative Directors, guiding junior team members, and engaging directly with clients. The role involves blending inventive thinking with precise execution to produce brand systems, visual identities, as well as digital, print, and experiential design solutions.
With a creative team of around 15 members, the agency fosters a culture valuing cooperation, originality, and autonomy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead branding and visual identity initiatives from concept through to final execution
- Create innovative concepts across various mediums including print, digital, and experiential design
- Deliver presentations of design proposals directly to clients and key stakeholders with confidence
- Work collaboratively with strategists, designers, and creative leadership during project development
- Prepare high-quality artwork, establish design systems, and manage presentation and production deliverables
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers while enhancing the studio's creative environment
- Keep current with emerging design software, tools, and industry trends
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Art, or a related field
- Have at least four years of experience working within a creative branding or design agency environment
- Maintain an excellent portfolio showcasing strong brand identity creation and visual design expertise
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma software
- Demonstrated experience delivering work across digital platforms, print media, and brand system development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively
- Skills in motion graphics or 3D design are a plus
