Overview

We are searching for a Senior Associate within the Global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team to join remotely. Reporting to the Manager or Senior Manager Supply Chain in External Planning & Delivery under Global Supply Chain, the primary responsibility is coordinating network planning for specific raw materials and devices aligned with the company's planning cycle. The role aims to enhance demand and supply planning accuracy, reduce lead times, optimize orders to cut costs, and minimize waste. Close collaboration with Site Procurement teams and the External Supply and Manufacturing units is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Review inventory data daily to forecast potential shortages and plan logistical needs.
Manage purchase order submissions for raw material and device suppliers, ensuring data accuracy and alignment in ERP systems.
Assist with recovery plans and allocation strategies during supply shortages.
Coordinate quality control priorities with site teams when required.
Create and update purchasing information records and master sourcing data using SAP and RapidResponse.
Identify and implement improvements in order management processes like consolidations, ordering frequency, and lot sizes.
Maintain consistent communication with all supply and demand sources.
Engage effectively with supply chain, quality, finance, and process development partners.
Prepare ad hoc reports and present data-driven recommendations for executive audiences.
Participate as a supply chain representative on projects and initiatives.
Operate autonomously aligned with company values and leadership principles.
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on supply chain collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with approximately 2 years of supply chain experience, OR Associate degree with 6 years, OR high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred fields: engineering, business management, or life sciences; advanced degrees also welcomed.
Experience in continuous improvement roles utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other change management methodologies.
Proven leadership in product team management.
Strong independent decision-making skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and project management capabilities.
Experience working with SAP and RapidResponse ERP systems.
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Tableau.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and programs from inception to completion.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is $35 to $37 per hour. Non-exempt employees are entitled to overtime pay at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours beyond 40 weekly, subject to applicable laws. Final salary offers consider skills, education, and experience.
