Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Analyst for Talent Acquisition (Level 2), suitable for individuals looking to transition into HR or those with experience as English Language Trainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete recruitment coordination: manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and ensure timely progress through hiring stages.
• Assist with resume screening, validate candidate information, and accurately update ATS/Workday systems throughout recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including document and background verifications and compliance tracking.
• Facilitate smooth transition from offer to onboarding by addressing candidate queries, tracking joining readiness, and collaborating with HR teams.
• Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports, maintain tracking documents, and conduct quality assurance to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Identify and resolve hiring delays, pending tasks, and bottlenecks by working proactively with recruiters and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills at C1 proficiency level.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday) from office location.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Any graduate degree is required.

Location & Work Hours

The role is based at Sutherland's Gateway Office Parks, GST Road, Perungalathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with fixed weekends off on Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation

Compensation offered is up to INR 6,50,000 per annum, depending on candidate experience.
