About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed security reports and records, ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, medical situations, and security threats.
• Engage with guests by responding to their inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently, enhancing their overall experience.
