Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and align them with SAP SD module capabilities.
• Configure and tailor SAP ECC SD components, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and credit management.
• Support comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
• Collaborate on integrations with related modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Financial Accounting (FI).
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation; coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP SD processes, addressing service level agreements, issue resolution, and change management.
• Contribute to SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and migration initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Facilitate training for key users and prepare end-user documentation and sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of substantial hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
• Deep understanding of SD core processes including sales order management, pricing schemes, shipping, billing, and returns management.
• Expertise in configuring master data like customers, materials, and pricing conditions.
• Knowledge of IDoc processing, output determination, and intercompany sales operations.
• Familiarity with integration points involving FI, MM, Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA platform is highly desirable.
• Exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and third-party logistics (3PL) integration.
• Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management) is advantageous.
