Role Overview

We are seeking an individual who enjoys maintaining a clean and inviting environment to join us as a Sanitation Operator. Your duties will involve thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the interior of the store, the surrounding grounds, and the parking lot to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all our A-Glazing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep all designated areas both inside and outside the store.
• Mop floors within the store as needed.
• Spray down parking lots and clean the windows of the shop.
• Sanitize and restock bathroom facilities regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the customer dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Organize and maintain supplies within the stockroom in an orderly fashion.

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A strong commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive workplace culture where individuality is celebrated.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• This role requires physical exertion, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and constantly up to 10 pounds.
• Work involves exposure to various environmental conditions both inside the shop and outside, including temperature fluctuations and noise.
• Exposure to allergens such as nuts may occur.
• Workplace noise levels may be consistent with production or processing settings.
