Your Role as Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-bakery experience to customers, emphasizing freshness and customer connection. You will collaborate with a small, dedicated team, engaging closely with loyal patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside a tight-knit team to ensure outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular customers.
• Manage product merchandising and implement ongoing marketing campaigns within the bakery.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and support production activities when necessary, including learning baking techniques.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in similar roles, preferably in baking, food production, food service, or hospitality sectors.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and pride in service quality.
• Positive attitude, approachable nature, and reliability.
• Self-driven with enthusiasm to take on new challenges and lead a high-performing team.
• Proficient in handling cash and processing credit and debit card transactions.

Physical Demands

• Continuous standing and walking during duties.
• Regular use of both hands for tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 7.5 kg, including reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 22 kg and activities such as pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder height.
