About the Role

As a Sales Representative at ExB Group, you will be responsible for guiding the entire sales lifecycle for our AI-driven Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. Your focus will be on companies within logistics and the supply chain sectors, identifying their unique needs regarding advanced document automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand a solid network of prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for digital workflow optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate customer requirements, deliver tailored presentations of our IDP solutions, and discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, produce sales reports and forecasts, and keep abreast of emerging market trends and technological advancements.
• Experiment with innovative sales methods to achieve rapid, sustainable success and continuously refine our product-market fit.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B sales of SaaS products, preferably with an interest or background in artificial intelligence solutions.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring product adoption across varied audiences.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, confidence in client interactions, and talent for fostering lasting business relationships.
• Comfort navigating change, adopting new tools, and thriving in dynamic business environments.
• Fluency in both German and English, with proficiency in working with CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for in-person customer meetings, workshops, trade shows, and company events.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industries is considered a strong asset, but not mandatory.
