  • Continuously update Bootcamp materials in line with platform enhancements and product updates.
  • Create and manage a structured 30-60-90 day certification plan with clear proficiency metrics across product knowledge, demos, and platform navigation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align certification achievements with sales ramp goals, ensuring smooth transition from training to active selling.

  • Maintain a strategic enablement roadmap, preparing the sales team for new product launches, markets, and client segments.
  • Develop ongoing learning opportunities and advanced certifications to sustain and elevate sales skills.
  • Incorporate interactive, data-driven training sessions using modern enablement technologies and AI platforms to maintain engagement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor new hire progress and identify bottlenecks in onboarding impacting sales success.
  • Perform pipeline analysis to detect onboarding-related challenges affecting conversion and quota achievements.
  • Drive adoption of sales technologies by training and supporting reps on the sales tech stack to maximize tool effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a successful sales role.
  • Excellent facilitation skills capable of leading dynamic bootcamp sessions.
  • Strong analytical abilities to measure and validate training impact.
  • Familiarity with contemporary enablement platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), AI coaching tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.

Education
