About the Role
Manning Global AG, a leading international staffing and managed services provider specializing in sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive, and Energy, is seeking a Sales Manager to join an esteemed international client in Bonn, Germany. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging between 70,000 and 90,000 EUR depending on experience, with an immediate or soon start date.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with designated clients, focusing on one of Germany's top mobile operators by understanding company offerings, customer requirements, and the telecom industry landscape.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in unexplored markets to introduce products or generate fresh sales avenues.
- Oversee sales and innovation initiatives by coordinating necessary resources, assisting the Account Team in assembling effective project teams, and collaborating with members to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical/business fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of business development, geopolitics, macroeconomics, and international relations.
- Experience in cross-cultural communication with adaptability to face challenges, flexibility during uncertain conditions, and strong motivation to surpass targets.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
