Sales Executive

About the Role

BARG Retail is inviting an enthusiastic and customer-centric Retail Sales Associate to join its concept store at City Centre Mirdif, Dubai. This full-time position requires immediate availability and a valid UAE residence visa held personally by the candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and exceptional shopping experiences tailored to individual clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by offering expert styling advice.
• Consistently achieve and surpass set sales goals.
• Skillfully upsell and cross-sell across diverse product categories to optimize revenue.
• Suggest additional complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase purchase value.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and maintain an appealing store presentation.
• Support inventory replenishment, manage stock control, and assist daily store functions.
• Keep updated on latest product lines, features, and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years' experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor coupled with a customer-first mindset.
• Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferable.
