Job Summary
We seek a self-assured and articulate Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, organize property tours, and facilitate property sales closures. Real estate experience is not required; we value communicators capable of establishing client trust while adapting to flexible, client-driven schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with walk-in and generated leads to assess client needs.
- Conduct site visits and effectively present project details, pricing, and payment options.
- Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Negotiate sales deals in conjunction with the sales head.
- Keep comprehensive records of client interactions within CRM systems.
- Liaise with marketing to assess lead quality and provide campaign feedback.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Adapt working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability.
Requirements
- No previous work experience necessary; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is advantageous.
- Confident, presentable demeanor with strong self-motivation.
- Basic proficiency in computer and smartphone tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM software).
- Availability during 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexibility to extend based on client needs.
- Preferably owns a two-wheeler for travel to sites and client meetings.
