Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to industrial customers, dealers, and project locations to uncover new business prospects
• Present and clarify the advantages and features of water pump products
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clientele and channel partners
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
• Draft quotations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure deliveries are punctual
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and submit daily reports detailing field visits
• Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate pump solutions
• Keep informed on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 22 and 45 years
• Male candidates only
• Possession of a Diploma qualification
• Basic command of English language
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Two-wheeler vehicle ownership and a valid driving license
• Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills
• Experience or interest in B2B sales, field marketing, and enterprise sales techniques
• Capability to handle water pump hardware and conduct client meetings
