Your Role and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of developing and managing your sales pipeline, laying the groundwork for long-term business relationships that drive the company's success.
- Conduct intensive market research and lead generation to identify potential customers, opening new markets and business opportunities for Packmatic.
- Engage potential clients proactively through telephone and email communication, effectively presenting Packmatic's solutions and converting leads into product demonstrations for the Key Account team.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management team to transform qualified leads into successful projects that delight clients.
- Represent Packmatic externally with enthusiasm and dedication while contributing innovative ideas to optimize sales processes and accelerate growth.
What You'll Bring
- Initial experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within complex B2B sales environments and/or the innovative SaaS sector.
- Residency in Germany to effectively understand and serve the domestic market.
- Fluency in German at a minimum C1 proficiency level to communicate persuasively and with nuance to target customers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market and customer data accurately and draw strategic insights.
- Goal-oriented mindset combined with excellent organization and teamwork abilities to drive shared success.
- High adaptability and teamwork skills to integrate seamlessly into a dynamic team and deliver excellent results even under pressure.
