We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate specializing in luxury retail to join the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Dubai. The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-focused roles, and a strong passion for creating exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by engaging in personalized clienteling activities.
• Play an active role in meeting boutique sales objectives and personal action plan targets.
• Share the heritage, craftsmanship, and unique stories of the Maison with genuine enthusiasm and authenticity.
• Provide assistance with post-sale services such as repairs, product pick-ups, and tailored client services.
• Work closely with the boutique team to ensure customers enjoy a smooth and unforgettable in-store experience.
• Participate in boutique events and brand activations as needed.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and natural elegance in service. A genuine interest in High Jewelry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting are essential. Curiosity and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
