Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant at COBS Bread, you will be instrumental in ensuring customers receive outstanding service while sharing your enthusiasm for our baked goods. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment and enhancing customer experience without requiring prior baking knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all customers
• Engage actively with customers to promote enthusiasm for freshly baked products, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Support merchandising efforts by keeping product displays attractive and well-organized
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and participate in bakery production tasks as needed

• Eager to learn and enhance new skills
• Effective team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Retail experience and cash handling skills are advantageous but not mandatory

Physical Requirements

• Capability to stand and move around for extended durations
• Frequent use of hands for performing various tasks
• Occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 7.5 kilograms
• Engage comfortably in physical movements such as bending and reaching
