Job Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Navi Mumbai, you will be instrumental in creating a remarkable shopping experience by welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and helping them discover products that meet their needs, all while embodying the company's values and contributing to its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your knowledge of fashion and products to assist customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and inviting sales floor and storage areas.
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Consistently present yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Team Environment
Our store teams form the backbone of the company’s public face, encompassing roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and others. You will also coordinate with the broader Area Team to exchange insights and drive collective success. Together, you help customers feel confident by providing the latest trends and timeless fashion, making style accessible and sustainable.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related sectors is preferred.
- A passion for fashion with a commitment to delivering exceptional in-store experiences and driving sales.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative work environments.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to engage with store technology.
