About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through the store, assisting them in product selection, and presenting our merchandise effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on fashion and products to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor and backroom.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Represent the brand positively in all customer engagements.

As part of a dynamic store team—including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, and others—you will collaborate both within the store and with wider area teams to foster a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment. Your efforts will help customers confidently express their style with the latest trends and classic pieces.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in fashion, retail, or related sectors.
- A strong passion for fashion and commitment to delivering excellent in-store experiences that promote products and boost sales.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.
- Good communication skills, creativity, curiosity about store technology, and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Adaptability and proactive attitude.

Additional Information
This full-time position is based at our Felix Plaza store in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and reports directly to the Department Manager. We follow a fair and unbiased recruitment process focused on skills and competencies; hence, no cover letter is requested with applications.
