Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer with 2 to 5 years of Automation Anywhere experience to maintain, support, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise automation bots. This full-time position involves 24x7 production support within a rotational shift framework across five working days weekly. The role requires close collaboration with senior developers and global teams for bot enhancement and issue resolution while adhering to coding and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous production support for Automation Anywhere bots, ensuring stability within a 24/7 support model.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and bot failures promptly within defined service levels.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and validate solutions with technical leads prior to implementation.
• Develop enhancements based on approved technical and functional requirements.
• Participate in design review sessions to ensure coding standards and best practices compliance.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and assist in QA and UAT processes.
• Maintain existing RPA infrastructure minimizing disruptions.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects to understand and implement change requests.
• Document technical modifications, deployment actions, and support procedures meticulously.
• Engage with cross-functional and international teams for project delivery and support activities.
• Adhere to standardized coding, change management, and release processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience with Automation Anywhere (A360/Enterprise).
• Strong capabilities in developing, maintaining, and supporting RPA bots.
• Familiarity with RPA development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Competence in debugging, exception handling, and production issue resolution.
• Basic knowledge of automation design principles.
• Experience automating tasks involving Excel, databases, web applications, and files.
• Familiar with version control and deployment procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with technical leads and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Sales, or other business process automation contexts.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Exposure to APIs or web service integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Educational Requirements
