About the Role
Join Central Coast Local Health District as a Roster Improvement Lead to drive impactful workforce planning enhancements. You will lead initiatives to optimize rostering efficiency, ensuring compliance with awards and alignment with organizational priorities while collaborating closely with managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance rostering by analyzing data, detecting patterns, and executing strategies to improve outcomes.
- Deliver expert guidance, training, and support to roster managers on HealthRoster software, Rostering Capability Framework, and best practices.
- Collaborate with managers and workforce teams to align roster demand with establishment targets, budgeted full-time equivalents, and award requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement culture by supporting change projects, monitoring performance, and implementing practical workforce efficiency solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience analyzing workforce or rostering data to discover trends and implement improvements.
- Strong familiarity with HealthRoster or equivalent systems, including workforce planning, payroll considerations, and industrial award frameworks; NSW Health experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder engagement experience with ability to influence across a complex organization.
- Experienced in delivering training, coaching, or user support, with a collaborative approach to skill development and operational enhancement.
- Dedication to customer service, continuous improvement, and teamwork to deliver quality workforce solutions.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Permanent full-time role with a 38-hour workweek located in Central Coast, New South Wales.
- Salary range is $91,326 to $121,497 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience.
