This is a full-time, on-site position in HSR Layout, Bangalore for a Robot Pilot focused on VR-based teleoperation. The role is part of a deep-tech robotics startup developing humanoid robots for industrial and manufacturing use. As a robot pilot, you will control humanoid robots through VR headsets and motion-capture tools, support real-world task execution, and create training data that helps improve robotic intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Control humanoid robots using VR headsets and motion-capture equipment.
• Carry out industrial and operational work through live teleoperation.
• Produce high-quality training data that supports robot learning and performance improvement.
• Work with accuracy, coordination, and consistency while operating the robots.
• Share operational observations and feedback to help refine robotic systems.
• Coordinate with the robotics team during testing and execution of tasks.
• Adhere to safety and operating procedures while handling robotic equipment.

Compensation and benefits
