Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in sales, customer service, and product knowledge, especially in bridal and wedding attire. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent retail sales and closing capabilities.
• Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable styles.
• Promote and upsell additional accessories such as safas, stoles, footwear, brooches, and mala.
• Provide premium customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Manage bridal and wedding consultations professionally.
• Accurately take body measurements for garments including sherwani, bandhgala, indo-western, kurta, trousers, and churidar.
• Assess garment fitting and necessary alterations.
• Prepare detailed measurement sheets with precision.
• Collaborate with master tailors to ensure proper fittings and timely delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of various fabrics such as silk, velvet, linen, jacquard, brocade, and terry rayon.
• Understand different embroidery styles and stay updated on wedding and occasion wear trends.
