Role overview

The Retail Finance Executive will support tractor loan operations in Raipur by managing financing relationships, evaluating borrower profiles, and helping maintain a healthy loan portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating with dealerships, assessing credit risk, and improving retail finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tractor loan portfolio and ensure collections and recoveries are completed on time from dealerships as well as customers.
• Build and maintain strong dealership partnerships to support higher sales volumes and better customer experience.
• Carry out site visits to evaluate borrower credit profiles and confirm the value of collateral wherever required.
• Review financial records, projected cash flows, and related information to judge loan suitability and approval potential.
• Spot operational gaps and suggest process enhancements within the retail finance function.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Com in any specialization or a B.C.A. in any specialization can apply.
