Role Overview

The Reservation Specialist plays a key role in managing and coordinating travel bookings, ensuring all itinerary details are accurate and well-organized. This position provides essential support to clients by handling their travel reservations and communicating effectively throughout the process.

Primary Duties

Organize travel reservations and related itinerary components
Thoroughly check booking information for accuracy and completeness
Facilitate updates and modifications to travel reservations
Engage with clients to confirm bookings and scheduling details
Keep detailed and orderly records of all reservations

Required Qualifications

Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple bookings at once efficiently
Comfortable working with online reservation and scheduling tools
Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is advantageous
