Role overview
This permanent, full-time position is based at AUT’s City Campus and sits within the Graduate Research School’s Examinations team. The role is central to coordinating research examination processes and supporting AUT’s postgraduate research journey. It requires close teamwork across the university, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong focus on meeting deadlines while contributing to shared goals.
The position calls for more than administrative capability: it also requires a solid understanding of the tertiary sector, especially postgraduate research. The successful person will be adaptable, collaborative, and able to connect their work with the wider responsibilities of colleagues and partner teams.
