About Bellweather
Bellweather is a creative agency specializing in legacy brands such as nonprofits, cultural institutions, healthcare systems, and government agencies that impact daily lives. For over ten years, the agency has been dedicated to discovering the unique qualities of these organizations through immersive research and artistic partnerships, producing distinct creative outputs. Their client roster features Brooklyn Public Library, MetroPlusHealth, Museum Hue, NYC Votes, and Visit Baltimore. Bellweather is a certified woman-owned enterprise and a Webby Award winner.
The agency’s approach begins with deep listening and immersive research involving community engagement alongside artists, poets, photographers, and filmmakers. This process leads to the development of strategic platforms and brand identities that clients can sustain long-term.
Named to reflect leadership and change, Bellweather combines "bellwether" (an indicator) and "weather" (constant change) to represent their mission of highlighting what makes organizations exceptional.
Operating entirely remotely, Bellweather's team collaborates throughout the U.S., mostly within Eastern Time. Their workflows and creative processes are designed for remote work efficiency.
