Report Authorization / Sample Registration - Textile Testing

Role Overview

This position focuses on report authorization and sample registration for textile testing across Chennai, Tiruppur, and Bangalore. The role supports the final review and approval of test reports by ensuring that all technical, quality, and customer details are correct before release.

Test Completion

• Enter all physical, chemical, and performance test outcomes into the system.
• Cross-check calculations and confirm that every mandatory test has been carried out.

Technical Review

• Examine test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Make sure the appropriate test standards and methods such as ISO, ASTM, AATCC, and EN have been used.
• Check quality control outcomes and instrument calibration documentation.

Report Authorization

• Validate customer information, sample details, and the report layout.
• Ensure that specifications and pass/fail criteria are applied correctly.
• Review remarks, observations, and any exceptions or deviations.
• Authorize reports electronically and complete digital sign-off as the approved signatory.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Sc. in Chemistry.
