Role Responsibilities

• Keep a vigilant watch on inventory levels to guarantee prompt restocking of merchandise.
• Arrange shelves and displays according to established company standards to optimize product presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the inventory team to efficiently handle product shipments and transfers.
• Ensure correct pricing and labels are affixed to items available in the store.
• Execute loss prevention tactics and promptly report any irregularities in inventory counts.
• Engage in inventory audits and perform cycle count activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and secure workspace while adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of at least a high school diploma or its equivalent; retail or inventory management experience is advantageous.
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communicator who can work well within a team environment.
• Basic skills in computer use, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise and standing for long hours.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
