About the Role
Bot Tech is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to support US-based staffing requirements, operating remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of technical skills and a background in recruitment, specifically focusing on technical and ERP roles. Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess an in-depth understanding of technical skills relevant to IT recruitment.
- Manage recruitment processes efficiently, focusing on technical and ERP positions.
- Leverage SAP experience to enhance candidate evaluation and selection (preferred).
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience between 3 to 6 years in technical recruiting.
- Prior exposure to ERP recruitment is essential.
