About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data across multiple platforms maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Conduct systematic data audits and error checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and organize digital documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to team leads effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma; preference for candidates with over one year of relevant experience.
- Typing speed exceeding 50 words per minute and strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail along with a dependable internet connection.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with database management systems and prior experience working remotely are advantageous.
Technical Setup
- Personal computer equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection and current antivirus software.
Work Environment and Schedule
