Overview
The Relationship Manager for Tractor Loans holds the key role of attracting and managing customers interested in tractor financing while maintaining excellent service standards and a robust loan portfolio. This position requires working closely with various teams such as product, operations, and dealerships to boost customer onboarding, strengthen client relations, and provide customized financial solutions. Additionally, the incumbent will handle dealership business clients, contributing actively to the branch banking channel's success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new tractor loan customers through thorough credit evaluations and offering comprehensive financial products.
- Foster ongoing engagement with current customers by periodically updating them on interest rate changes and product enhancements.
- Enroll new dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) into the network.
- Generate fresh leads for dealership business via referrals, promotional campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Conduct training sessions on product policies to inform and align internal teams.
- Address customer issues proactively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track performance metrics of sales channels and teams to assure quality loan sourcing and portfolio health.
- Perform analyses of competitor offerings and market trends to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Recommend procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality at branches.
- Organize and implement sales promotions and marketing efforts to accelerate business expansion.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other business units to identify and realize cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect and utilize feedback from customers and sales channels to optimize growth strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate degree in any field such as BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, or BE.
- Experience: At least 3 years in branch banking with a preference for experience in rural lending or tractor financing.
- Skills and Qualities:
- Extensive knowledge of tractor loan products and rural customer requirements.
- Proven expertise in acquiring customers and managing dealer relations effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics and competitors.
- Experience overseeing sales channels and dealer networks.
- Leadership capabilities to guide and support team members.
