Overview
The Regional Admin Manager for the Gold Loan Business is tasked with leading administrative activities across multiple zonal branches, ensuring the branches operate efficiently, comply with guidelines, and maintain infrastructure readiness while managing costs. This role involves supervising contract personnel, driving coordination among various departments, and ensuring uninterrupted operational support to foster business growth and adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks across branch networks.
- Coordinate facility management including preventive maintenance, vendor relations, and asset tracking.
- Lead infrastructure projects including new branch establishments and site readiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory laws and internal audits.
- Control administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and handle vendor payments.
- Supervise contract staff to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, event coordination, and liaise with cross-functional teams.
