Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist working remotely on a target-based model. This position offers a work-from-home setup for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, networking effectively, and establishing efficient candidate pipelines. The role involves managing the entire recruitment workflow including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding, all while meeting monthly hiring goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected hires.
• Develop and sustain a strong talent pool for ongoing hiring needs.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Represent Crestarion professionally throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal aptitude.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and job portals.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
