Overview

This role is for a Recruiting Analyst responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for assigned positions, with a focus on US staffing. The position demands ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition process including demand intake, sourcing, application screening, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, feedback gathering, offer handling, and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the full life cycle of recruiting for assigned requisitions, ensuring alignment with hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Source talent through various channels to build strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct discovery conversations to evaluate fit and compliance, and shortlist qualified candidates via ATS/VMS tools.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders, manage feedback, coordinate offers, and oversee onboarding handoff.
  • Engage with associates post-placement through periodic check-ins and assignment oversight to ensure talent retention and engagement.
  • Conduct technical assessments and screenings for candidates as necessary.
  • Operate within the stipulated service level agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and compliance.
  • Work onsite, with willingness to accommodate US business hours or shifts as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, particularly in US staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates, familiarity with ATS and VMS tools (such as Bullhorn and VMS portals).
  • Effective communication skills sufficient to manage candidate assessments and engagement.
  • Capability to manage compensation discussions within standard brackets and escalate appropriately.
  • Technical screening and assessment abilities for various roles.

Additional Information

The candidate should be prepared for Work From Office with flexibility for US shift timings as necessary. Candidates should meet sourcing criteria within compensation limits and have communication skills adequate for written assessments. Those above standard compensation should be referred to leadership for decision-making.
