Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter on a contract basis to support our talent acquisition efforts remotely. Compensation ranges from $30 to $42 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates across various platforms and talent pools.
• Evaluate resumes carefully to ensure candidates meet specific project requirements.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide insightful feedback to enhance candidate selection.
• Analyze job market trends to guide project decisions and optimize allocation of human resources.
• Engage prospective contributors utilizing strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to update project scopes and candidate profiles based on market insights.
