Position Overview

An aerospace client is searching for a Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role includes screening, qualifying, interviewing candidates, maintaining candidate relationships, and advising hiring managers throughout the assessment and selection stages.

Location: Columbus, OH 43215 (Remote)
Position: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $39.79/hr on W2, dependent on experience
Duration: 6 months or longer
Schedule: 9x80 A shift

Role Summary

This experienced recruiter will support corporate office hiring efforts by partnering with executives and senior hiring managers to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for early-career, experienced, and leadership positions. Acting as a trusted talent advisor, you will leverage data to drive hiring, build strong candidate pipelines, and promote an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience aligned with the client's mission and values. This opportunity allows collaboration with a skilled team of talent acquisition professionals in a leading talent acquisition environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle including screening, qualification, interviews, and candidate relationship management.
Assess candidates accurately for cultural fit, skills, and competencies; synthesize candidate and manager feedback quickly; pre-close candidates to maximize acceptance rates.
Consult and advise hiring managers on interviewing approaches and collaborate across teams to streamline the hiring process and meet organizational goals.
Build influential relationships with stakeholders using business acumen that contributes to positive business outcomes.
Utilize cross-functional resources, data, and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
Ensure adherence to compliance, diversity initiatives, and recruitment policies.
Exemplify leadership characteristics through professional actions and behaviors.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
At least 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings; a bachelor’s degree required or 4 additional years of relevant experience as an alternative.
Proven experience recruiting for leadership roles supporting senior executives.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and demonstrated experience advising hiring managers to drive outcomes and influence change.
Experience sourcing difficult-to-find talent using multiple channels.
Familiarity with Workday software.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using both Workday and Eightfold platforms.
