Role Overview

We are rapidly expanding and seeking a Business Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for our non-technical teams, including G&A, GTM, Growth, Learning, and Operations. This role encompasses managing structured, equitable hiring processes and delivering an exceptional experience to candidates.

Reporting to the Business Recruiting Lead, you will independently manage your search portfolio, utilizing existing infrastructure while seeking opportunities to automate and streamline recruitment workflows.

This role requires a hybrid work mode, with three days per week at our SoHo office in New York City.

What You Will Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various non-technical roles across departments and seniority levels.
Source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure candidates have a positive, engaging experience.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing methods, including automation, AI tools, and innovative outreach strategies.
Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend talent needs, define role criteria, establish structured interviews, and formulate recruitment strategies.
Leverage and improve existing recruitment tools and processes continuously, focusing on efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and startup environments.
Successful history of partnering with internal stakeholders to fill diverse roles across business functions and seniority.
Proven expertise in creative and AI-driven talent sourcing to identify and engage prospective candidates.
Strong communication abilities and adaptability to fast-paced, cross-functional teamwork.
Meticulousness in detail and process enhancement, committed to an outstanding candidate journey and quality hires.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in rapidly growing startup organizations.
Familiarity with Ashby recruiting software.
Competence using automation and AI-based recruitment technologies.

Interview Process

Initial interview with the hiring manager.
A take-home assignment.
Panel interview with the team.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly rate of approximately 75 USD. Actual pay will vary depending on experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant factors.
