This opportunity, on behalf of a partner company in the United Kingdom, seeks a skilled Real Estate Photo Editor to work remotely. The role involves enhancing photographic assets that highlight residential and commercial properties, playing a key part in visual storytelling for real estate marketing. This position suits professionals who excel in accuracy and consistency within a fast-paced, collaborative setting while managing large volumes of images.

Responsibilities

Edit 50-60 real estate images every day ensuring high visual quality and uniformity.
Enhance aerial drone photos by adding annotations, labels, landmarks, and overlays to emphasize property features.
Apply advanced editing techniques such as color adjustments, sky replacements, perspective corrections, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
Use software including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to produce professional-quality visuals.
Interpret architectural plans and blueprints to support accurate visual presentations associated with the properties.
Work closely with clients and team members to clarify project goals, adhere to branding standards, and meet delivery deadlines.
Handle multiple editing projects simultaneously while adhering to tight turnaround times in a high-volume workflow.
Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks to support team efficiency.

Qualification Requirements

1 to 2 years of professional photo editing experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
Demonstrated expertise editing drone photography, including adding visual enhancements such as labels and landmark overlays.
Proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer, along with experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Comfortable reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and property-related documents.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring consistent high-quality output across large batches of images.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to thrive in a fully remote team environment.
Motivated, adaptable, and proactive in supporting various operational and coordination tasks as needed.
