Job Responsibilities

The Quantity Survey Engineer is responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing quantity takeoffs, conducting rate analyses, and verifying various types of billings, including client, subcontractor, and labor charges. This role also involves close coordination with project managers, design teams, and tender departments to ensure precise cost monitoring, track site progress, and quantify civil works accurately.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity surveying specifically related to industrial, warehouse, and commercial construction projects. A solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and the sequence of construction activities is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required to efficiently manage the data and calculations.
